Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the White Stone Roofing website (whitestoneroofing.com) and our roofing services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access the website or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.

Services Description

White Stone Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services in the Nashville, Tennessee area, including but not limited to:

• Roof installation and replacement
• Roof repairs and maintenance
• Emergency roofing services
• Roof inspections and assessments
• Gutter installation and repair

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by White Stone Roofing are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of assessment and may be adjusted if:

• Hidden damage is discovered during the project
• Customer requests additional work or changes
• Material prices change significantly
• Building code requirements necessitate additional work

Any changes to the original estimate will be communicated to the customer and require written approval before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment terms are as follows:

• A deposit of 30% is required to schedule the project
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion and customer acceptance
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Financing options are available for qualified customers

Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month. Customers are responsible for all collection costs, including attorney fees, if payment is not received.

Warranties

White Stone Roofing provides the following warranties on our work:

• Workmanship Warranty: 10 years on all complete roof installations
• Manufacturer Warranties: As provided by material manufacturers
• Repair Warranty: 2 years on repair work

Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Full warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement.

Customer Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and roofing needs
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area
• Remove or protect personal property near the work area
• Obtain any required permits unless agreed otherwise
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Notify us promptly of any concerns during the project

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Stone Roofing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Insurance

White Stone Roofing maintains comprehensive insurance coverage, including:

• General Liability Insurance: $2,000,000 per occurrence
• Workers' Compensation Insurance: As required by Tennessee law
• Commercial Auto Insurance: $1,000,000 per occurrence

Certificates of insurance are available upon request.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of White Stone Roofing or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers
• Submit false or misleading information

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through the following process:

3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
